HISTORY

KIRAN GROUP established as a Proprietary firm in the year 1981 in construction with the name Kiran Constructions with a goal to achieve further expansion and determination not only for the growth of the company but for the entire society by providing more employment and social support in 1983 another company was formed in name of Viswa Electricals (as mechanical & Electrical contractors) to cater the needs of mechanical, electronic & electrical market. In 1984 a marketing & trading firm in the name of Nokar traders was established for exploring business activities in the field of Trading, Clearing and Forwarding areas. In 1984 our textile business in the name of EAS-tex and in 1988 we started doing consultancy for various operations.

In 1994 our companies are merged in to KIRAN GROUP. In 1994 KIRAN GROUP has expanded and diversified itself into the areas like Fabrication of Tanks & Vessels and Design & Engineering of micro to mega projects like- Refineries, Fertilizer plants, Tank Farms, Aluminium plants and Metallurgical plants, Power plants, Water treatment plants, Roads & Bridges, Railways, High Race Buildings, Commercial shopping complex, Educational institution & Villa Projects, on EPC/ LSTK basis for both government and private Sector.
