We at Kiran Groups are committed to following Health Safety and Environment policy.

    COMMITMENT:

    We at Kiran Groups shall in the execution of fully responsible for compliance with

  • International laws, rules and regulations relevant to Health Safety and Environment
  • International standards and codes of practices,
  • Since, we are deploying persons to work at various client sites and offices. We make that our employees are deployed to Organizations that are committed to above Laws and rules. We also have HSE Policy of our clients provided they are of higher standards

    IMPLEMENTATION:

    We shall be promoting and implementing various HSE activities by

  • Conducting regular training
  • Conducting regular meetings to monitor the activities of implementation.
  • Circulating Safety Literature
  • Insulating award system
  • Providing Adequate Insurance to cover Hospitalization and other situations arising out of accidents.
  • Issuing Personal Protective equipment such as Shoes, Helmets, Safety belts, etc., as required for each working situation.
  • Insisting on "Work under permit" system
  • Regular Introspection and continuous improvements.
